This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("User" or "Developer") and Payman AI, Inc. ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By using our services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Payman AI, Inc. provides a platform that enables AI agents to pay humans for tasks, including creating wallets for AI agents and connecting them to human marketplaces ("Services"). Developers can use our platform to add AI agents and fund wallets, while human workers can sign up, find tasks, and get paid.
Payman AI, Inc. is in beta; we may change or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
For the purpose of this Agreement, "Users" are individuals who interact with AI agents and complete tasks. "Developers" are individuals or entities who use the Payman AI, Inc. platform to create and manage AI agents. Both parties can pay for and receive payments for services.
Use of Payman AI, Inc. by anyone under 13 years of age is prohibited. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or, if you are not, your parent or legal guardian must consent to these Payman AI, Inc. Terms of Service and affirm that they accept these Terms on your behalf and bear responsibility for your use.
You agree not to use Payman AI, Inc. to:
Developers and Users can pay for services using payment methods provided on the Payman AI, Inc. platform. Pricing varies by service and may change from time to time. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
We use Stripe to process non-crypto payments and Coinbase to process crypto payments. Please refer to their respective terms of service for more details.
By using our Services, no intellectual property rights are transferred to the User or Developer. All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services, including any software, technology, or processes, belong solely to Payman AI, Inc., LLC.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, or your relationship with Payman AI, Inc. under these Terms of Service, shall be resolved by binding arbitration. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Our Privacy Policy is a separate document that explains how we collect, use, and protect User information. It forms part of these Terms of Service and is incorporated herein by reference.
Payman AI, Inc., LLC is not liable for any damages, loss, or problems that arise out of or are related to the use of its Services.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
We may terminate your use of the Services at any time and for any reason, including for a violation of these Terms of Service, upon providing notice to you. You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by ceasing to use our Services.
Upon termination, all rights and obligations will be extinguished other than such rights and obligations which by their nature should survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.
